It’s important to us that your eye health comes first, and with that in mind we always provide a full and thorough examination and aftercare service as standard.

Eye test

Our standard eye examination costs £25 and will take up to 45 minutes.

We offer further optional tests which may be recommended by your Optomestrist.

We can take care of all eye care needs

NHS Entitlement

You may be entitled to a free eye test on the NHS if:

- You are under 16

- You are under 19 and in full time education

- You are 60 or over

- You have been diagnosed with diabetes or glaucoma

- You are considered to be at risk of glaucoma

- You are 40 or over and an immediate family member has glaucoma

- You have a complex prescription

- You or your partner are claiming income support or income-based job seekers allowance

- You or your partner receive Pension Credit

- You or your partner have an NHS Credit Exemption Certificate

- You have a valid HC2 Certificate

 - You are partially sighted or registered blind

If you are unsure, please do speak with a member of staff.

After care

We offer minor adjustments and repairs to frames free of charge as part of our service.

All new frames come with a manufacturers warranty.

Frame prices start at £39.95 and always include standard plastic single vision lenses.

Spectacle Lenses

You may need a more specific type of lens, special coating or may have a more complex prescription. 

All of our frames include standard single vision lenses within the price.  If you require a different type of lens with your new frames, a supplementary price is applied.

We offer many lens types including those that react to sun light, and fixed tint lenses.

Contact Lenses

We supply a full range of contact lenses.  The prices depend on the type of lenses and service you need.

Daily lenses start from as little as £20 per month including all aftercare and solutions.

Monthly lenses may cost less than you thought, starting at £11 per month including all aftercare solutions.

We'll even post your lenses to your home address.

Your aftercare is completely free as part of our direct debit scheme and entitles you to
