Our relationship with you does not end when you walk out of the door with your glasses or contact lenses.
Here at Ideal Eyes, we believe that customer satisfaction is an ongoing and evolving two-way process.
After your eye test we place you on a recall system and write to you inviting you back for your next test at the interval recommended by your Optometrist (usually every two years). If you are a contact lens wearer, we notify you when it's time for your contact lens check-up, as well as sending to you or advising you about your next batch of lenses.
Continuing care is all part of the service at Ideal Eyes
Typically we see our patients every two years when they come for their regular eye test or to buy their new glasses/contact lenses.
But if you need to see us more often we are always here for you. Your spectacles receive a fair bit of wear and tear with regular use and inevitably small problems will occur over time, such as missing nose pads or screws, or accidental damage or breakage. For this reason, we offer our patients a free minor repairs and adjustments service. We will replace nose pads or screws on frames bought from us at no extra charge. Just pop into your branch where one of our dispensing staff will usually fix things there and then. More major problems will be assessed and we'll advise you of any costs and lead-times involved before we return them to you in good order.
